Made-to-order shirts: returns and refunds

BLOW-A-CONCH shirts are made to order through Printify. We follow Printify’s issue-resolution policy.

Returns or exchanges are not offered for a customer-selected wrong size or color, or a change of mind. Please review the size chart before ordering.

For damage, a manufacturing defect, or a fulfillment error, email billy@blow-a-conch.com within 30 calendar days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. We will coordinate a free reprint or refund with Printify if the claim qualifies. Physical return of the affected item is not required; do not mail items back without contacting us.

Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses are not covered for a free replacement. Contact us promptly about shipping problems so we can investigate with Printify.
